Emma is a senior procurement professional with over 17 years’ experience across multiple sectors, from Banking & Finance to HR & Recruitment, global electronics & distribution and now Housing. Alongside her main role as Director of Procurement & Sustainability for MTVH, she wears a number of other hats. She is Chair of the London Procurement Community of Practice (G15), Commercial Lead for the National Housing Procurement Association, Advisory Board Member for ProcureCo – the UK’s first early market engagement platform and a Director & Trustee of the Molly Huggins Foundation – a charitable arm of MTVH to deliver fund raising and strategic development of our community & resident improvement. She has also served as Non-exec Director for other Housing Associations.
She has a strong reputation for delivering strategic growth and change management, delivered through inspiring & authentic leadership. Her mix of public & private sector organisations means she is well-rounded, commercial, astute, and has a comprehensive understanding of regulatory environments, risk, governance and stakeholder engagement. Her diverse experience has equipped her to navigate complex issues, lead & inspire teams and deliver successful, sustainable strategies & outcomes. She has firmly caught the ‘housing bug’ 😊 and is truly passionate about changing & improving housing services and contributing positively to residents & communities.
