About our PfH framework

Inefficient or inconsistent waste management can disrupt residents’ daily lives and create safety hazards. This framework connects landlords to trusted suppliers who deliver reliable, compliant services, keeping estates clean, safe, and well-managed while enhancing residents’ quality of life.

Our Waste Management & Technical Services framework delivers fully managed waste services across the UK specifically for housing associations, local authorities and ALMOs. It covers bespoke solutions for collecting and disposing of all waste types including construction, bulky, hazardous, WEEE and fly-tipped material via reactive, planned or fixed-site delivery. Suppliers provide detailed compliance and carbon reporting, managed through the framework to give landlords confidence in meeting regulatory requirements. With strong regional coverage and trusted provider relationships, members gain cost efficiencies and environmental insight while reducing waste risk and improving operational transparency
