Our Interior Decorating and Furnishing Solutions framework gives social housing providers access to trusted partners for painting, decorating, flooring, furniture and interior solutions, helping you refresh homes and community spaces with compliant procurement and competitive, sector-focused pricing.

About our procurement framework

Housing providers manage high volumes of interior upgrades, from quick-turnaround voids to the renewal of communal areas and supported housing spaces. Budgets are tight, demand is constant and product durability can make the difference between long-term value and rising maintenance costs.

This framework is designed to ease that pressure by giving members a compliant, straightforward route to secure decorating materials, flooring, furniture and interior products from suppliers who understand social housing environments. It supports better cost control, reduces procurement effort and helps teams maintain consistent, reliable standards across large or small programmes of work.
