Split into seven lots (including managed services, cash-in, prepaid, voucher, open banking, debt assessments), this PfH framework brings innovation and choice without reinventing procurement. The framework features vetted suppliers offering reliable solutions designed for tenant flexibility, transparent billing, robust support and efficient operations, ensuring support for vulnerable residents, strengthening financial wellbeing, and building more resilient communities.
