3. How will we use the information about you?

We collect and process your personal information for legitimate business purposes. This includes managing your account and recording your preferences, managing your contracts and the suppliers responsible for delivering them, maintaining our internal records, managing your attendance at events, inviting you to participate in market research, and keeping you informed about our products, services and relevant third party offerings.

We also collect and use your information where you have asked us to provide specific services, including conducting procurement exercises, managing PfH account cards, producing spend analysis and benchmarking reports, sending invoices and statements, and facilitating payments.

We use information collected through our website to personalise your experience when you return to it.

The lawful bases we rely on for processing your personal information are legitimate interests, performance of a contract, and compliance with a legal obligation, depending on the nature of the processing activity. We only retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. We use a CRM system that allows us to regularly review, update and archive our data. It is our policy to review archived personal information and ensure it is erased after a period of six years from the date of archiving.

We may contact you from time to time with invitations to participate in market research and with information about our products, services and relevant third party offerings that we think may be of interest to you.
