PfH’s Fire Safety Consultancy framework gives housing providers access to accredited consultants for risk assessments, engineering, design and compliance. Benefit from expert assurance and guidance and regional or national coverage to stay safe, compliant and confident.

About our procurement framework

Proactive fire safety planning and expert oversight improves tenant safety and peace of mind. By integrating consultancy, design, and inspection services, landlords can deliver safer homes, safeguard communities, and maintain trust with residents.

The Fire Safety Consultancy framework connects PfH members with specialist fire safety consultants who understand the full spectrum of risk, design, compliance and engineering. Spanning three lots (regional fire risk assessments; national consultancy; and engineering design), this framework gives social housing landlords access to the right expert for every need, from new building designs and high-rise dwellings to audits and staff training. All suppliers are accredited and meet rigorous standards.
