Mark Beach is Director of Customer Experience at Incommunities in Bradford, leading major change programmes to improve customer journeys, strengthen engagement, and embed data‑driven insight across services through the adoption of new technologies. With a passion for embedding customer co‑creation, equity and lived experience, Mark brings extensive experience in regulatory compliance, service redesign and strategic change to support better outcomes for residents and communities.
Dr Guy Marshall is a technology strategist, Chartered Mathematician, AI governance expert, and board-level leader working at the intersection of digital transformation and social impact. With a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and 15 years of experience spanning the housing, infrastructure, retail, and public sectors, Guy specialises in aligning emerging technologies with ethical governance and commercial value. He is Chief Technology Officer at structural engineers Porthouse Dean, a Board Member at One Manchester, and Chair of the Housing AI Leadership and Implementation Exchange (HAILIE, see housingai.org). He also serves as President of Manchester Statistical Society.
