Nadhia has over 35 years experience of working in social housing having started her career as a Trainee Housing Assistant after leaving school. She worked her way up in housing management services and spent some time working in transformation services before moving to Rochdale Boroughwide Housing. She is currently responsible for all customer facing services including neighbourhoods, repairs and assets. She is part of a team that has led RBH back to regulatory compliance focussing on placing customers at the heart of service delivery and ensuring that customers live in quality homes that are warm and safe.
She also has over 25 years experience of serving as a Board and Committee member of various housing organisations at a local, regional and national level. She is currently a Director of Care Housing Association.
She gained her CIH Membership in 1993, an MBA in Public Policy from the University of Birmingham in 2003 and a Post Graduate Certificate Leadership for Housing in 2009 from the University of Lancaster
