Coronavirus – Supplier business continuity

In light of the recent COVID-19 outbreak, many of our suppliers across the country have been forced to adjust the way they conduct business during this challenging period.

In order to keep you updated on the situation of each supplier, we have created a  business continuity table under each of our three Framework categories, for you to see how each of our suppliers are working to support PfH members at this time:

Procurement isn’t just about cost, it’s about safeguarding your business and mitigating risk for the long term. Discover how by utilizing PfH’s frameworks

Mini Competition

Mini-competitions are much faster and less laborious than a full tender process and there is no need to advertise the requirement in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU). The process also allows you to further refine your exact requirements whilst retaining the benefits offered under the original framework agreement.

Premium Mini Competition

Our standard service is free and will suit those organisations with the resources to complete the evaluation. For those organisations that require additional support we offer a premium service at an additional cost.

Direct Call Off

Using the direct call off method allows you to select the supplier that has been ranked number one following our EU compliant tender process.

A group of frameworks offering a compliant, asset management solution for unplanned works

A combination of frameworks and services to support our Members with reliable planning processes

A suite of frameworks to support our Members in the day to day running of their organisations
