Chubb Community Care are pleased to be updating our PFH catalogue

Chubb Community Care are pleased to be updating our PFH catalogue, providing some exciting updates, including improved pricing, new partnerships, products and services.
Enhancing our existing integrated Telecare portfolio with a range of new Chubb Telecare products, enriching the range, lowering costs and better connected, including:
Cair Verso Firehawk CO Alarm – A compact carbon monoxide detector providing early warning of dangerous CO levels from fuel burning appliances, replacing legacy CO alarm units.
Cair Verso Firehawk Heat Alarm – A heat detection alarm designed for kitchens and high fume areas, activating on rapid temperature rise to reduce false alarms while replacing older heat units.
Cair Verso Firehawk Smoke Alarm – A reliable smoke detection alarm that provides early fire warning in living spaces, replacing existing smoke alarm devices with a modern, compact unit.
VIBOAK S Wrist Worn Fall Detector – A wearable fall detection device that automatically alerts support services after a fall and includes a manual SOS function, improved battery life and broader radio frequency
Chubb and Whzan have entered into a technology partnership that integrates Whzan’s Guardian software platform with Chubb’s CareUnity Digital Dispersed Alarm Units. The integration enables Chubb Care Unity customers to record, analyse and act on data collected from sensors connected to the CareUnity DAU. These include sensors for movement, doors and windows, temperature, flooding, humidity, personal alarms, falls and more. By feeding this data into the Whzan Guardian platform, care providers gain a richer, more personalised picture of an individual’s home environment, supporting earlier intervention and better outcomes.
By combining Chubb’s established telecare hardware with Whzan’s data analytics and monitoring software, the two companies are enabling a shift towards genuinely proactive care, where patterns and changes in a person’s environment can be identified before a crisis point is reached.
Working in partnership with our 25+ ARCs it is clear there is real value in the local provision of lone worker solutions, providing a local voice, better connected with internal staff, enhances the skills of operators, keeping staff safe and often reducing current costs by up to 50%. Therefore, in this latest pricing update we have included our lone worker application in Lot 1.
Within our lone working developments it’s clear an application alone isn’t enough to meet some of the varied and complex safety needs for local authorities and housing associations, therefore we are also pleased to announce our new reseller agreement with TWIG who are an existing ECO partner for Skyresponse and provide a range specialist devices for lone working, we have initially included in Lot 1 the TWIG 4G SOS Card.
Since launching our reseller agreement and Lot 1 pricing for Yokeru in December, we have already started two new innovative projects, tackling three key TSA compliance areas using AI, and developed roadmaps to unlock future value.
These projects will not only help these ARCs achieve their QSF compliance for TSA, but free staff to focus on higher priority alarms and events, lower operational costs and keep service users safer.
Some minor tweaks in our May pricing submission to better align with the standard onboarding processes.
Together, we aim to help you keep people safer, living longer, and enjoying better lives.
