Procurement for Housing Scotland shares the values and commitments that sit at the heart of the wider PfH organisation. We take seriously our responsibility to ensure that slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or in the supply chains we work with across Scotland.

Our approach is guided by the Modern Slavery Act 2015, which applies across Great Britain, alongside the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Act 2015, which reflects the specific legislative landscape in Scotland. Together these provide the framework within which we operate and against which we measure our conduct.

We are committed to acting with integrity in everything we do. This means maintaining clear policies that set out our expectations of ourselves and those we work with, and taking steps to ensure those policies are understood and followed throughout our business relationships.

We continually look at how we can strengthen our approach, whether through the way we engage with suppliers, the questions we ask during procurement activity, or the awareness we foster within our own team.
