Journey of dedication, passion and reward
Before joining, Laura spent five years managing kitchen and bathroom installations. What started as a redundancy opened the door to something better. She joined as a Category Coordinator, progressed to Buyer, and is now on a training programme to become a Senior Buyer.

Turning ambition into achievement
Brad joined as a Category Buyer working within the materials team. He has since progressed through Senior Buyer and Category Manager roles, gaining experience across responsive repairs, fire safety, compliance, and asset works.
