Isoebl Thomas is the Head of Community Partnerships at Good Things Foundation with 20 years experience of developing partnerships for greater social inclusion. At Good Things Foundation, Isobel is focused on supporting partners to tackle digital exclusion. Her work involves building strategic alliances with the housing sector, regional and local government, and charity partners to reach and support people who are experiencing digital exclusion.

Nicola Wallace Dean  is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Starting Point Community Learning Partnership, an award-winning social enterprise based in Greater Manchester. For more than a decade, she has led work to tackle digital exclusion, helping thousands of people develop the confidence, skills and access they need to thrive in an increasingly digital world. 

Nicola works closely with housing providers, including Stockport Homes and One Manchester, local authorities, the NHS and community organisations to address the wider causes and impacts of digital poverty. She has developed innovative approaches to digital inclusion, including volunteer-led Digital Champion programmes, device and connectivity support, and practical learning opportunities that help people access services, improve their wellbeing and increase their independence. 

A passionate advocate for digital equity, Nicola believes that digital inclusion is not simply about technology, but about enabling people and communities to participate fully in modern life. She is also a trustee of the Good Things Foundation and is committed to ensuring that no one is left behind as society becomes increasingly digital.
