The first Cohesion Social Care Forum of 2020 is taking place on Thursday 13th February in London, 2pm – 5pm.
Can Early Talent Plug Front Line Care Gaps? Revisited will be exploring how to best engage with and deploy early talent entering the social care workforce.
Students and tutors from Barking and Dagenham College will be answering questions and sharing their experiences of engaging with health and social care employers. Professor Martin Green, CEO of Care England will be chairing the session.
Paul Rainbow from Hertfordshire County Council will be sharing success stories with hiring younger talent.
Stow Healthcare will be sharing a case study on successfully recruiting early talent into their organisation.
