This Vehicle Leasing and associated services procurement framework helps landlords access tailored fleet solutions, ensuring operatives can complete repairs, adaptations, and support visits efficiently improving the consistency and quality of care for residents.Suppliers are vetted by our PfH experts. Associated services include grant / funding options , maintenance, insurance, delivery, and bespoke modifications. Whether you need converted vehicles for sheltered or supported housing, or fleet tracking and driver safety solutions, this framework helps you get the right vehicle-based solutions reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with UK procurement regulations.
Vehicle leasing & contract hire: Supply of cars and commercial vehicles up to 12.5 tonnes, including electric, hybrid, petrol, hydrogen, and diesel options; leaser support with vehicle specification, maintenance, insurance, breakdown cover and licence management.
Racking & conversion: Customisation of vehicles, installing racking / shelving, conversion works (e.g. ply-lining, roof racks, lighting), design input and compliance to safety standards.
Telematics & tracking technologies: Provision, installation and ongoing management for telematics solutions including GPS tracking, driver behaviour monitoring, dashboards, software integrations, data reporting, vehicle usage analytics and alerts.
