What is a framework?

A framework is an agreement between the contracting authority (PfH) and one or more suppliers which establishes the terms under which the supplier will enter into a contract with a Member in the period during which the framework agreement applies. Registered Social Landlords must abide by EU public procurement laws and carry out EU compliant tenders or use a compliant framework where the value of the contract reaches a specified threshold.

Why use a PfH framework?

Using the purchasing power of over 900 Members with nearly 4 million homes, we can deliver unrivalled framework terms. Using an EU compliant framework also means you don’t have to conduct a time consuming and expensive tender process yourself. This can save you more than £10,000 before you even use the framework.
