Booking Conditions
- Bookings will only be considered as confirmed if PfH are in
receipt of a course booking form sent by mail or fax.
- Delegates will receive a confirmation of booking within 7 working
days of receipt of a booking form.
- Delegates will receive joining instructions for workshops at
least 2 weeks prior to the date of the workshop.
- If delegates do not receive this confirmation or joining instruction
within the expected time limits, please contact PfH Workshops
on 01457 891910 and advise.
- Under normal circumstances, invoices will be sent shortly after
the booking confirmation.
- All invoices should be paid, where possible, two weeks prior
to the date of the course. Where invoices have not been paid within
that time, we reserve the right to reallocate the place to another
delegate.
- For cancellation of a booking, confirmed in writing, at any
time up to 28 days before the scheduled workshop date, the full
fee will be refunded.
- No refund will be given for any cancellations after 28 days
before the workshop.
- The place reserved on that workshop may be transferred to another
named individual at no additional cost provided this change is
notified in writing by the last working day before the scheduled
workshop date.
- Fees are not transferable to other workshops.
- PfH reserve the right to cancel any scheduled workshop up to
14 days prior to the date of the workshop. Any fees already charge
will be refunded immediately.
- PfH reserve the right to charge interest on customers' overdue
accounts at 1% per week or part thereof.
- If an invoice remains unpaid after 60 days, PfH will pursue
payment of the outstanding amount through the County Court.
