EU Procurement Directive and its Implications for RSLs.
What is this workshop about?
EU Procurement legislation is complex and dictates a framework
that shapes the procurement process for all RSLs. This workshop

As a result of attending this workshop, delegates will be able
to:
- Appreciate the extent of this legislation
- Understand the impact on Procurement consortia
- Understand the impact on Framework agreements
- Categorise asset management procurements
- Understand the principles of aggregation
Who will benefit from this workshop?
The workshop should be attended by staff with responsibility for
procurement, heads of Asset Management, Housing and Development.
It will provide the essential information required to ensure that
the organisation is adopting effective procurement practice whilst
