What is this workshop about?
This unique approach to improving your purchasing practice is
only offered as an in-house workshop, and should include
all key staff involved in your organisation's purchasing.
Opportunities for significant savings from the purchasing budget
will be generated during this workshop through strategic planning,
tactical management, operational process review, contract management
and change management. This is a 'team event' designed to involve
and empower all team members in setting and agreeing business objectives
and then delivering results.

Tactical
- Developing the 'Action Plan'
- Setting the goal and the standards
- Identifying appropriate good practice and identifying 'barriers'
- Creating a Critical Plan Map
The workshop will conclude with a review session that monitors
performance and ensures continuous improvement at all levels.
