How to start trading

If you are a PfH Member and want to start trading through an agreement, you can login to the Member area of this website where you will be able to find contact details for each supplier.  You can either contact the supplier directly or contact PfH to get started.  Please remember that if you contact a supplier directly, you will need to state that you want to use the PfH agreement and you need to pay through Central Billing.

If you are not a PfH Member and would like further information on any of our agreements, please contact us on 01457 891906 or complete the contact us form.  To become Members you can simply download, complete and return our membership agreement form .

Although Members utilise framework agreements set up by PfH, the trading contract is between Member and supplier.  This means that Members are subject to supplier terms and conditions.  Some supplier contracts, such as energy and telecommunications tend to be for a fixed term.  In this case you are tied into that term regardless of whether you continue your membership or the supplier continues to operate as a PfH supplier.  If your supplier loses its status as a PfH supplier during your contract, you will still benefit from the terms of the PfH agreement until your contract expires.

Changing suppliers.

PfH operates a willing contractor principle which means that Members are not obliged to take up every agreement.  If you want to change PfH supplier or use more than one supplier for a particular agreement, you can do this at any time as long as you meet the terms of any existing contract you have with suppliers.
