Under the EU Procurement regulations, if there is more than one supplier through a Framework Agreement, housing providers can be required to carry out a mini-competition. Click here to view the guidelines for mini-competition within EU framework agreements.

There are many benefits to completing a mini-competition but very often the process can be complex and overwhelming. PfH has developed a more flexible mini-competition service with a selection of tools and templates for you to take advantage of depending on your needs.
