Mini-competitions

Under the EU Procurement regulations, if there is more than one supplier through a Framework Agreement, housing providers can be required to carry out a mini-competition.

PfH has produced a brief guide (available to download here) to explain the appropriate use of mini-competitions within EU Compliant Framework contracts.

PfH will be happy to assist you with any mini-competition, and has a selection of tools and templates that will help facilitate your process.

All PfH Agreements offer Members mini-competitions.
