PfH is delighted to announce that, on 1st August 2008, the re-tendered Energy Agreement was jointly awarded to Inenco and Monarch Partnership who will both provide Energy services to PfH Members.

This highly competitive OJEU tender has enabled PfH to significantly improve upon the last Energy Consultancy contract. PfH worked closely with its Energy Product Group to identify contract areas to enhance. Feedback from Members via the annual Supplier Performance Survey was also used to upgrade the Energy Agreement.

As a result the new Energy Contract offers a greater level of supplier customer service and monitoring, a brand new discounted commission structure for PfH Members with a £1m + energy turnover and a range of new products including bill validation, bespoke reporting, online management information and efficiency ratings.

Inenco and Monarch Partnership's exclusive PfH Energy Agreement includes:

Improved customer service and response from suppliers through new Service Level Agreements
Discounted commission structure for PfH Members with £1m + energy turnover
Greater choice with two Energy Consultants providing range of services
New products including bill validation, bespoke reporting, online management information and efficiency ratings
Wholesale Energy Procurement available - a buying method which is set to become increasingly influential in the future
Tenant Energy Schemes will manage cost of providing energy to void properties.
