The new PfH Vehicle Purchasing framework offers Members a variety of features and benefits that will provide tangible cost efficiencies and savings. This agreement supplements the current PfH Vehicle Leasing framework giving all Members the option of either leasing vehicles or outright purchase.

The appeal and potential opportunity this framework represents is reflected in the level of discounts PfH has been able to achieve through the tendering process with discount levels up to 44%, which are as much as 20.94% higher than standard public sector discount terms.
