The agreement is set to run for the duration of three years, with an additional twelve months extension for satisfactory performance. Office Depot has been awarded a 12-month extension to the contract due to its performance to date. Please note, Office Depot's contract now ends on December 2012.

Benchmarking

PfH can conduct a benchmarking exercise on behalf of members with its sole supplier Office Depot. PfH will coordinate a benchmarking exercise and feedback the results comparing Office Depots prices with that of your incumbent suppliers. Assessing framework suppliers through benchmarking is the recommended way to ensure efficiencies are realised, and PfH will manage the entire process on your behalf.
