Mini Competitions
PfH can conduct mini competitions on behalf of members with the four suppliers on the kitchen framework. Assessing framework suppliers through mini competition is the recommended way to ensure efficiencies are realised, and PfH will manage the entire process on your behalf.
All suppliers have a wealth of experience dealing with the social housing sector and provide a strong product offering at competitive rates. The submissions received from suppliers mean that Members can benefit from the lower prices associated with direct supply from the main manufacturing site, as well as the efficiencies of collecting stock from a local source to satisfy reactive maintenance needs. Ultimately a single supplier can satisfy both planned and reactive requirements, whilst the Member benefits from the differentiated pricing structures.
