The agreement is set to run for the duration of three years, with an additional twelve months extension for satisfactory performance.

• You have the option of dealing direct with the manufacturer or via a merchant for reactive maintenance needs

• Nationwide branch coverage facilitates local stock holding and improved lead times of replacement items ordered direct from the manufacturer 

• The contract is also open to your contractors which provides further efficiencies 

• The majority of guarantees on products exceed 10 years, and product availability on units and fascias is a minimum of 10 years from date of sale 

• All suppliers are willing to develop bespoke KPIs tailored to your needs 

• Free samples offered for tenants’ choice events, along with tenant satisfaction surveys 

• Fixed prices until 31st August 2010 

• Fully EU tendered agreement

Mini Competitions

PfH can conduct mini competitions on behalf of members with the four suppliers on the kitchen framework.  Click here to complete the template and return to drichardson@cel.co.uk , PfH will coordinate a mini competition and feedback the results comparing which of the proposals provides best value for money.  Assessing framework suppliers through mini competition is the recommended way to ensure efficiencies are realised, and PfH will manage the entire process on your behalf.

 

All suppliers have a wealth of experience dealing with the social housing sector and provide a strong product offering at competitive rates.  The submissions received from suppliers mean that Members can benefit from the lower prices associated with direct supply from the main manufacturing site, as well as the efficiencies of collecting stock from a local source to satisfy reactive maintenance needs.  Ultimately a single supplier can satisfy both planned and reactive requirements, whilst the Member benefits from the differentiated pricing structures.
