PfH is delighted to announce the launch of an Ambient and Chilled Food Agreement that is set to deliver significant savings for members.

Following a highly competitive tender, the contract has been awarded to the five top ranked suppliers Brakes, 3663, AF Blakemore, DBC Foodservice and kff. Five suppliers were awarded the framework as the size of the agreement requires a sufficient number of suppliers to ensure delivery across the whole of the UK and choice of supply to member organisations.

Our chosen suppliers have extensive knowledge and experience of the catering industry. The Ambient and Chilled Food Agreement offers a range of quality products you would expect from a national firm whilst reacting to local needs quickly and efficiently. All appointed suppliers combine competitive prices whilst providing outstanding service levels.

Supplier performance monitoring covers the following areas:

Guarantee to deliver all goods and services covered under this framework agreement within the lead-times specified to member locations throughout the UK;
Respond to all operational enquiries within four working hours;
Invoice accuracy;
Invoice timeliness;
Provide management information reports detailing the KPI's for Contract Usage, Invoicing, Pricing and Product mix
