Suppliers

The Debt Management Agreement has been split into three lots covering:

  • Lot 1: Track and Trace Services

  • Lot 2: Debt Collection Services

  • Lot 3: Debt Training

Five suppliers have been awarded places on the framework as follows:

Contract Period

July 2011 - June 2014

The contract is set to run for the duration of three years with an additional 12-month extension for satisfactory performance.

Summary and Benefits

The Debt Management Services framework is a fully EU compliant Agreement through which current and future Members can procure services for the collection of debt.

The PfH Debt Management Services Agreement is set to provide substantial cost efficiencies of up to 3% on the rate of commission paid for the collection of debt.

Features and benefits of the Debt Management Services Agreement include the following:

  • Average saving of up to 3% commission rates paid for the collection of debt

  • Fixed pricing for 12 months from all the suppliers

  • Volume discounts of up to 25% for Track and Trace Services

  • Competitive commission rates for the collection of debt

  • A thoroughly vetted nominated supplier list

  • Dedicated Account Managers and Customer Services

  • Agreed SLAs and KPIs in areas such as delivery, communications, contract management, invoice accuracy and timeliness and management information

  • Fully EU tendered Agreement

As part of this agreement, PfH had the participation of a Product Group of six Members who were involved in both the tender documentation and the evaluation of this contract.
