The agreement is set to run for the duration of three years, with an additional twelve months extension for satisfactory performance.

Seven suppliers were awarded the framework to ensure a wide coverage across the whole of the UK and choice of supply to Member organisations.

• Options for supply and fit services or alternatively materials supply or installation only 

• Both cavity wall and loft insulation available plus related services

• Nationwide coverage 

• Suppliers are fully accredited and experienced 

• Full assistance available for urgent SHESP funded requirements prior to March 2010 

• Ability to access CERT funding through the majority of suppliers 

• Option of dealing with a managing agent supplier for a full turnkey solution or deal direct 

• On-going contract management and supplier performance monitoring 

• Our chosen suppliers have a wealth of experience dealing with the social housing sector and have extensive knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainable energy solutions.
