Save on fleet costs with Vehicle Fuel Cards Agreement.

PfH is delighted to announce the launch of a new Vehicle Fuel Cards Agreement that will enable PfH Members to drive down fleet costs and reduce administration. Following an extremely competitive EU compliant tender, the contract was awarded to Shell UK Oil Products Ltd. Shell has the lowest average pump price of all major fuel companies for both Diesel and Unleaded fuels and also has outstanding network and affiliate network coverage.

As part of the contract, Shell will offer a discount from the pump price to all PfH Members at any Shell, Esso and Total Garages. The card can also be used at Gleaner stations in Scotland and Topaz stations in Northern Ireland.

The euroShell Card allows PfH Members to receive an up-to-date, accurate account of their fuel costs while limiting time and resources spent on administration. Whether a company's fleet is large or small, this system allows tighter control and better management.

Features and benefits of this new Agreement:

• PfH Members will receive an initial 1.4ppl discount from the pump price at any Shell site and a 0.3ppl discount from any affiliate site. The level of discount will increase dependent upon PfH Members' collective spend.
• The Agreement includes a credit based Fuel Card solution that can monitor and, if necessary, restrict purchases made by any individual. All cards are provided free of charge.
• Full MI is available through an online portal.
• Shell offers a wide range of services including a personal mileage management system to enable the recording and allocation of private versus business mileage details. This in turn reduces the associated expense claim processing costs and provides BiK taxation compliance.
• The Shell loyalty card is also available through the Agreement for individuals or companies to gain points to use in exchange for a variety of rewards.
