Arena Housing highlight examples of Value for Money achieved through PfH.

Headrow Limited, a subsidiary of Arena Housing Group, reviewed their utility electricity supplier through PfH who found the best deal available for their Sheffield retirement village.  Arena estimate an expected saving of £35,000 per annum will be made.  This will ensure that the service charges for residents reflect the most competitive prices in the marketplace, reducing costs and helping Headrow to reinvest in other areas. 

Through smart procurement, savings of over £242,000 were achieved on Arena’s fleet management, agency staffing and planned maintenance programmes without a decline in volumes or standards.
