PfH have successfully hit the £6million annual target with B&Q which means Members will receive the additional 0.5% rebate this year taking the rebate to a total of 14%.  B&Q have agreed the final turnover figure of £6,050,796 which means the total rebate back to Members is £847,111.

All trading Members will receive their own cheque in the post over the next few weeks.  In the spirit of tenant involvement, at the PfH Conference B&Q kindly donated each tenant present with a £10 decorating voucher.

The PfH Decorating Vouchers Agreement provides Members with a flexible, efficient and secure method of funding tenants’ home decorating needs.  More than 23% of Members are now using the voucher scheme.  Over the past four years a staggering £16 million worth of vouchers have been issued.
