In May 2010, Housing Communications Ltd, the voice and data reseller, was acquired by leading communications provider SpiriTel Plc. HCL, now SpiriTel Housing Communications Ltd,  has been integrated into SpiriTel’s main commercial division, SpiriTel Business.
