Connaught administration.

PfH is closely monitoring the Connaught situation.  All the frameworks PfH offers to clients are OJEU compliant and therefore PfH is in a position to help both existing and new clients get contracts into place quickly should Connaught’s be unable to carry out their contract obligations with them.  At present, Connaught cannot confirm whether sub-contractors attached to the contracts sold to Morgan Sindall will now be taken on by the buyer. 

PfH is here to help Members who may be affected by these recent events to minimise disruption to planned improvement works and most importantly minimise disruption to tenants.  PfH can set up contractors as Associate Members of PfH to buy through the PfH Materials Agreement.

The difficulties of housing contractor Connaught have alarmed the housing sector in recent weeks but PfH is activity collaborating with Fusion21 to ensure all associated risks are mitigated.
