PfH re-tender Agency Labour Agreement.
24th August, 2010
PfH would like to offer Members the opportunity to play an integral part in the development of a new Recruitment Services Agreement. The current Agency Labour Agreement will be re-tendered during the next 4-month period and we would like Members to participate in the development of the new PfH Recruitment Services framework.
Although the current Agency Labour Agreement has been a massive success, it is widely recognised that the sector is continuing to experience significant changes and the pressures on housing providers to achieve and demonstrate value for money are now greater than ever. PfH understands these challenges and wants to work with Members to further improve the current Agency Labour Agreement.
The Improved PfH Recruitment Services Agreement
The new Agreement will consist of managed recruitment services in addition to general recruitment services for both temporary and permanent labour.
A wide variety of general and specialist role types will be included across a broad range of housing-specific and additional disciplines:
-
Housing Management
-
Care and Supported Housing
-
Trades and Labour
-
Technical (e.g. Asset Management, Maintenance Management, Surveying and Development)
-
Office-based and Administration
-
Corporate Services (e.g. Finance, HR, ICT and Procurement)
-
Catering Services
The new framework will create an EU compliant "one stop shop" for Members who will benefit from an agreement dedicated to the sector’s needs and offering the best in terms of pricing, service, candidate quality and choice of recruitment solutions.
