PfH launches Furniture and Associated Products Agreement.

Following Member feedback, PfH is delighted to launch the PfH Furniture and Associated Products Agreement offering further savings to all of our Members.
The new Agreement has been awarded to six suppliers offering fixed pricing for 12 months, and up to 50% discount off non-core product lists.

All suppliers have agreed to adhere to no minimal order or carriage charge and all will adhere to one standard annual price review and a commitment to provide 60 days notice on any price changes.
The new Agreement offers ongoing contract management with extensive supplier performance monitoring in the following areas:

Guarantee to deliver all goods/services covered under this framework agreement within the lead-times specified to member locations throughout the UK

Respond to all operational enquiries within four working hours

Invoice accuracy

Invoice timeliness
-
Provide management information reports detailing the KPI's for contract usage, invoicing and pricing and product mix
