Materials for Maintenance and Capital Works Agreement now costs 24 percent less.

The new EU compliant PfH Materials Agreement offers extensive supplier choice and even greater savings that you can now demonstrate through Annual Savings Certificates.

The Agreement is open to any Registered Provider or contractor that joins PfH and it is dedicated to raising standards for tenants through the introduction of tenant discount cards and training schemes. 

The six individual lots comprise of:

Lot 1 - Plumbing

Lot 2 - Building

Lot 3 - Electrical

Lot 4 - Stores management

Lot 5 - Aids and adaptations

Lot 6 - Heating spares
