PfH announces the launch of Debt Management Services Agreement

Procurement for Housing is delighted to announce the launch of a new agreement area for the supply of Debt Management Services that is set to provide substantial cost efficiencies of up to 3% on the rate of commission paid for the collection of debt. The Agreement is set to run for the duration of three years with an additional 12 month extension for satisfactory performance.
The Agreement was split into three lots and was awarded to a total of five suppliers across these areas:

This offers the following key features:
Competitive commission rates for the collection of debt.
Fixed pricing for 12 months with all the suppliers.
Volume discounts of up to 25% for Track and Trace Services.
Fixed maximum debt collection commission rate charges from all suppliers.
National coverage.
Five suppliers awarded with a choice of more than one supplier per lot to allow for increased competition.
Option for a discounted "trial period" on both lot 1 and 2 from the majority of the awarded suppliers.
A thorouoghly vetted nominated supplier list.
Dedicated Account Managers.
Fully EU Tendered Agreement.
