PfH announces launch of new Building Cleaning Services Agreement

PfH is pleased to announce the launch of its new Building Cleaning Services Agreement, a fully EU compliant framework through which current and future Members can procure cleaning services.
The Agreement has been awarded, in six geographic lots to cover main regions of the UK, to seven suppliers: AM Support Services; Hi-Spec Facilities; Mitie; Ocean Contract Cleaning; QFSL Cleaning; Regent Cleaning and; Superclean Services.
The PfH Building Cleaning Services Agreement offers Members a variety of features and benefits that will provide tangible cost efficiencies and potential savings of up to 30% on hourly cleaning rates.
Additional features and benefits of the new Agreement include:

National coverage with a minimum of three suppliers within each lot to allow for increased competition and choice

Minimum cleaning and materials standards, including environmental considerations, will be adhered to by all suppliers

Fully transparent invoice breakdown as standard

Negotiated hourly cleaning rates calculated for every postcode in the UK

Ongoing quality and credibility of cleaning staff through comprehensive, free of charge candidate vetting procedures and checks, including Criminal Records Bureau checking.

Extensive management information reporting available online and free of charge through the majority of suppliers

Expert assistance available in TUPE situations to ensure that optimum decisions can be made.
