PfH announces launch of new Vehicle Purchasing Agreement

The new PfH Vehicle Purchasing Agreement is due to be launched to Members shortly and will offer a variety of features and benefits that will provide tangible cost efficiencies and savings. This Agreement supplements the current PfH Vehicle Leasing framework giving all Members the option of either leasing vehicles or outright purchase.

The new Agreement has been written in response to enquiries from PfH Members for the establishment of an EU compliant framework for the purchase of vehicles.

The current vehicle volumes delivered by The Procurement Partnership into the public sector on an outright purchase basis, combined with the scope of membership and procurement expertise provided through PfH has resulted in an extremely attractive framework for vehicle suppliers as well as the respective Members of PfH and TPP.

Through the tender process PfH has been able to achieve discount levels up to 44% which are as much as 20.94% higher than standard public sector discount terms.

The framework has been split into four lots:

• Lot 1: Cars

• Lot 2: Car derived vans

• Lot 3: Light commercial vehicles

• Lot 4: Medium commercial vehicles
