Make further savings through PfH mini-competitions

EU Procurement regulations state that mini-competitions are a legally compliant method of calling off goods and services from framework agreements.  In situations where member requirements are bespoke to the organisation or where there are significant levels of committed volume, mini-competitions are a proven method of delivering significant additional cost savings.

Mini-competitions are proving to be exceptionally popular amongst our Members and to date, PfH has made an average saving of 19.6% for participating Members, with a maximum saving standing at 53% from one particular project.  Another Member has recently enabled savings of £200,000 per annum after approaching PfH to conduct a mini-competition via their Recruitment Services.

Mini-competitions can, by virtue of their nature, be quite complex and resource-hungry.
