3663 come out on top!

3663 have been chosen ahead of Brakes and Booker as the ‘Best Delivered Wholesaler for 2010’ voted for by independent caterers at the recent Wholesale Awards held by ‘Him!’ (Harris International research & consulting)

The ceremony held at Glaziers Hall in London saw presentations to the Best Cash & Carry, Best Supplier and Best Delivered Wholesaler, voted for by independent retailers and independent caterers.

At least 2,000 independent catering customers were interviewed by telephone and asked to rate their wholesaler on:

• Availability of products when ordering

• Ease of ordering

• Service by telesales & delivery staff

• On time delivery

• Overall value for money

• Accuracy of delivery

This is a particularly significant award for the company as it is the only award within the industry that is based entirely on customer feedback. It demonstrates the true customer focus with 3663 and their passion for delivering great service.
