PfH re-tenders Recruitment Services.

PfH is looking to build upon the success of its current Agency Labour Agreement and launch the new PfH Recruitment Services Agreement in January 2011. The new, enhanced Recruitment Services Agreement will offer Members a variety of new features and benefits that will provide tangible cost efficiencies and savings.
Indications in the final stages of the tender evaluation suggest that PfH Members will be able to benefit from significantly reduced commission levels compared with the existing Agency Labour Framework.
Some of the features and benefits PfH are looking to include are as follows:

Choice of procurement options for general recruitment services or managed recruitment services e.g. Master Vendor solution

Online management reporting plus expert assistance in data monitoring to achieve optimum recruitment solution(s)

Continued provision of transparent invoicing as standard, including all aspects of commission rate, candidate wage,

National coverage with a choice of suppliers across all services and job categories to allow for increased competition
