New Energy Agreement offers better service, choice and discounts.

This highly competitive OJEU tender has enabled PfH to significantly improve the last Energy contract. PfH worked closely with its Energy Product Group to identify contract areas to enhance. Member feedback via the annual Supplier Performance Survey was also used to upgrade the Energy Agreement.

As a result, the new Energy Contract offers a greater level of customer service and supplier monitoring, a brand new discounted commission structure for PfH Members with a £1m + energy turnover and a range of free products including bill validation, bespoke reporting, online management information and efficiency ratings.

Inenco and Monarch Partnership's exclusive PfH Energy Agreement includes:

• Improved customer service and response from suppliers through new Service Level Agreements

• Discounted commission structure for PfH Members with £1m + energy turnover

• Greater choice with two Energy Consultants providing range of services

• Free products including bill Validation, bespoke reporting, online management information and efficiency ratings

• Wholesale Energy Procurement (a buying method which is set to become increasingly influential in the future)

• Tenant Energy Schemes will manage cost of providing energy to void properties.
