At the PfH Annual Conference 2009, the TSA explained how only one in two tenants are satisfied with opportunities for involvement, and only one in six tenants thinks their landlord takes a lot of notice of their views.

PfH revises product groups

In January 2010, PfH will be upgrading the procedure of Product Groups for all new agreements. Product Groups will be established in order to invite PfH Members online to participate in the specification of frameworks.
