Simply download and complete our membership agreement form and send it back to us.

Our membership team will then contact you to establish which agreements you would like to consider. You will be put in touch with the relevant supplier(s) in those product areas who can discuss their offering in more detail.

When we receive your completed membership agreement form, you will also be issued with a username and password for our website.  When you are logged in as a Member, you will see further details on the agreements pages , for example specially negotiated price lists and catalogues for PfH Members.

Once you become a Member, our account management team are always available to help you to make the most of your membership. They can do this by providing information about current agreements, arranging for benchmarking against your current suppliers or by contacting suppliers on your behalf.

Once you have decided to purchase through any of the agreements, make sure that your chosen supplier bills you through Central Billing. Through Central Billing, you will still receive an invoice as normal from the supplier for goods/services delivered. However, instead of paying the supplier direct, you will settle all of your monthly invoices via one direct debit payment.
