Membership is open to all UK housing associations, ALMOs and local authorities, regardless of size. Once signed up, Members can benefit from any of our agreements.

We have almost 800 Members that collectively manage over 3.6 million properties. These Members spend in excess of £2 million a week through PfH agreements. View a list of our members.

The savings we create depend on how efficiently you are currently purchasing. You can get an accurate estimate by benchmarking PfH's agreements against your existing suppliers.

HouseMark subscribers can join for free, otherwise there is an annual fee based on the size of your organisation. For more details, download our Membership Agreement Form .
