We provide a wide range of cost saving framework agreements, harnessing the purchasing power of our Members to ensure that you benefit from terms that cannot be achieved anywhere else. In addition to PfH frameworks we provide retrofit and gas servicing frameworks through Alliance.
What is a framework?
A framework is an agreement between the contracting authority (PfH) and one or more suppliers which establishes the terms under which the supplier will enter into a contract with a Member in the period during which the framework agreement applies. Registered Social Landlords must abide by EU public procurement laws and carry out EU compliant tenders or use a compliant framework where the value of the contract reaches a specified threshold.
Why use a PfH framework?
Using the purchasing power of over 900 Members with nearly 4 million homes, we can deliver unrivalled framework terms. Using an EU compliant framework also means you don’t have to conduct a time consuming and expensive tender process yourself. This can save you more than £10,000 before you even use the framework.
