A bespoke solution to incorporate a wide range or renewables products and services. With consultancy is at its core, Members can make informed decisions that are best fit and cost effective.

Bespoke project-based contracts
Through the mini competition process, PfH will ensure the contract is based on the Member’s individual requirement because we know that every renewables project is different with its own intricacies and varying demands. 

Product choice
8 different technical areas dividing the range of products and services allowing Members to choose based on their property archetypes and compatibility of the technology. The offerings will be cost effective, balanced with good warranties to ensures long term quality and cost savings.

Supply chain options
Choose to purchase through this supply and fit model or utilise lot 3 of the existing materials framework (latter gives visibility of the split cost between labour and material costs).

Market leading information provided
Renewables is a fast paced complex market. Members can view news via our LinkedIn group where expert contractors and consultants awarded onto the framework as well as PfH will regularly contribute and invite Member discussions.

Product/installation training
Contractors can provide training to Members’ DLO’s regarding installation and maintenance of the renewable and energy efficiency products available via the framework. Contractors can also provide training to tenants on how they can utilise the technologies in their homes.


Scope

Items and services covered in this framework include but are not limited to:

  • Supply and installation of renewables and efficiency works including; solar PV, solar thermal, air source heat pumps, insulation, biomass boilers, district heating systems, electricity storage systems and micro combined heat and power solutions.
  • Installation only of the above mentioned renewables technologies offering Members a divorced supply chain option (the supply of renewables products can also be serviced via the PfH Materials framework – Lot 3 Renewables).
  • Funding and grant consultancy to provide Members with advice regarding what funding and grant options are available and which best fit the Member’s requirements and situations.
  • Technology consultancy to provide Members with advice regarding what renewables and efficiency works technologies are available and most suitable to the members based on property portfolio as well as funding and grant availability.

 

Contract term

3 + 1 years: 3rd August 2015 – 31st July 2019
