Recruitment Services

The PfH supply of recruitment services framework enables current and future PfH Members to procure permanent, temporary and temporary to permanent employment.

All of our suppliers who have been awarded onto this framework have specialist knowledge of the market and a great understanding of the challenges and issues you face in order to maintain the smooth running of your organisation.

The framework offers a variety of benefits to Members, including:

Wide choice of suppliers and availability

PfH Members will have access to thirteen recruitment services suppliers, providing competitive pricing across seven different lots. Suppliers have extensive recruitment sector knowledge and experience from a range of industry leaders.

Fully transparent invoice breakdown

PfH utilise a Quantum Billing system whereby a fully transparent invoice breakdown is provided as standard, including commission rate, candidate pay rate, NI (National Insurance) and WTR (Work time regulation charges).

Tailored contracts that you can measure

PfH can work with you to create bespoke contracts that are EU compliant and specific to your requirements, taking away the implications of limited resource and the cost of running your own tender. The tailored contract may include modified core lists and a suite of key performance indicators based on your needs to give you a service that truly delivers.

Control over cost drift

PfH are able to monitor the pricing from our suppliers, to justify and provide evidence for any price increases or alterations in pricing consistency. Consequently, we are able to provide you with recommendations to drive savings in the long term.

Compare products and services through benchmarking 

PfH can undertake benchmarks against top spend services to give members a clear view of achievable savings through the competitively priced suppliers on the framework.

Add further value through spend analysis

Not only will value for money be achieved through the core list of tendered services, PfH can work with individual Members to provide bespoke recommendations on where they could make additional savings.
