This agreement aims to ensure the optimum gas efficiency and safety of social tenants covering, servicing, maintenance and installation services to help ensure PfH Members achieve compliancy for their domestic, commercial and communal property portfolio in accordance to UK law for their heating and energy requirements for all heating systems and appliances, as well as a range of landlord-owned cooking appliances, CO alarms and fire alarm maintenance.
This framework is a one-stop-shop offering an extensive range of products with high standards of service and flexible solutions including best price and up front transparency for best value and complete confidence.
Members can run mini-competitions on multiple lots at once to save time and resource allowing you to service your tenants faster and minimise risk in respect of all aspects of the service provision to the PfH Member.
